Born in Brazil, one could say chef Gianne Fanti rich food memories as a child helped guide her on a path to become a chef. Having grandparents from Emilia-Romagna in Italy, Gianne learned at an early age to roll meatballs for spaghetti during Sunday dinners and how to cook polenta. After her culinary beginnings in London in 2003, she spent two years travelling around Great Britain, working in various kitchens, from restaurants, pubs and hotels in Scotland. Her next stop was back to London where her passion for healthy food gained another level. Her speciality became healthy cooking, aided by with various short courses and her own passion and self-taught ability to create the tastiest and beautiful dishes and share her unique talent. With over 14 years of experience working in both front and back of the restaurants, today, Gianne expresses her own unique vision of modern healthy food cuisine working as a Private Chef and having her own pop-up Gianne’s Kitchen in London’s newest neighbourhood, E20. She is the co-founder of Açaí Generation (an upcoming brand of healthy food products).
