Diplomat and professor of the law of the sea
Peruvian diplomat. Working in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru since 2010. Graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of Peru in 2009.
I worked in the General Department of Sovereignty and boundaries in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru (2010-2012).
In 2012, I concluded the Nippon Foundation of Japan Fellowship Programme “Human Resources Development and Advancement of the Legal Order of the World's Oceans” organized by the Division for Ocean Affairs and the Law of the Sea- United Nations.
Later, I was graduated successfully from the program offered by Rhodes Academy of Ocean Law and Policy (30 june - 19 july 2013, Rhodes, Greece) which comprises an intensive three-week course of lectures given by a world renowned faculty of leading scholars and jurists.
