Born in Puglia in 1962, he moved permanently to Milan after living in various European cities. Di Napoli has developed his own style which is characterized by tight empathy between the photographer and model, sensuality and elegance. He works continuously since 2003 with Vanity Fair portraying celebrities from the worlds of music, entertainment and culture International, and is also active as a portraitist for fashion and beauty. His work has also been published in various international magazines including Vogue Gioiello, Flair Living, Max, Zoom International, Mare, Leica International, Zeit Magazine, Le Monde 2, Liberation, Corriere della Sera. In 2010 he edited the official image of the Tour “2010 Work in Progress”, the exceptional and historic reunion of the songwriters Lucio Dalla and Francesco De Gregori. This work was ranked first in the prestigious Mediastars 2011, the technical awards of Italian advertising, also winning the special star for photography. In 2011 and 2012 he was the official photographer of the “Pubs and Clubs Tour” by Francesco De Gregori, the “Pubs and Clubs Live @ The Place” which has also made the cover of the CD and the “Factory Tour” of 2012.
