Since graduating from Southeastern School of NMT in 2006, I've been very fortunate to have a thriving practice. Like everything else, I started out in the "fast food" chain of massage in places like Massage Envy and Day Break Massage. Both were a great learning experience, but with the way this business goes, I decided it was best for me to start my own practice.

Kneadout® is my company, my office is located in the South Park area of Charlotte. I also do outcalls with Just Focus Massage® on special sport events such as marathons, triathlons, and chair massage events. For over five years, we have been doing ongoing work with professional sport teams in the Charlotte area. Sports therapy is my passion. Being an ex-triathlete and kayaking junkie, and let's not forget working long hours infront of the computer as a graphic designer, my body takes a beating! I can relate to everyone who gets on my table. The pain they feel, 99% of the time, I'm going through it myself.
