Hi, I am Gilda and welcome to my page! I’m a small business owner living in Brooklyn, New York originally from Haiti. I came to the US in 1967 in the pursuit of a better life. I am the proud mother of 3 children and have 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grand children who all affectionately call me GiGi! I've been making lemon square desserts for friends and family for years and have decided to now share them with the world! There is a lot of time and love poured into each and every lemon square and I can't wait for you to try!

Lemon Squares can be enjoyed in a variety of ways. My favorite way is a la mode! A delicious scoop of vanilla ice cream with a GiGi's Lemon Square crumbled on top...tres délicieux!
