I am a software support Engineer from Puerto Rico. Currently, I am located in Austin, TX where I work for IBM as a software support engineer for enterprise middleware software.

I am passionate about technical support, serviceability and thoroughly enjoy helping users find the root cause of their problems and working together on a resolution.

Besides my day-to-day job, I also love mobile technologies, basketball (Go Spurs!) and cooking (who doesn't love eating?).
