Bert W. McCarter, of both Savannah and Gallatin, Tennessee, is a founding partner of McCarter, Catron & East, PLLC, established in July 2009.

Bert understands the unique challenges of a criminal defense case. He began his practice of law, concentrating in the areas of domestic relations (i.e., divorce, custody, post-divorce, etc.), criminal defense, personal injury, and has argued multiple times before both the Court of Appeals and Criminal Court of Appeals. Additionally, Bert is certified as a Rule 31 Mediator.
