Life Coach for Adults in Denver, Colorado

I’m grateful for the possibility of coaching you. Thank you for being here! What you should know about me is that I was born to talk, listen, and connect with people. I interacted with thousands of customers at my parents’ Chinese restaurant growing up. I taught English to Chinese high school students in Shanghai for two years, and I built a great rapport with those kids. Then I moved back to the US and advised high school students on their college applications. When I resigned from that job, I worked an hourly job at a fast casual Mexican restaurant. In the past nine years, I’ve also coached seven seasons of basketball.

These countless short and long chats with people naturally made me gravitate towards life coaching. Then I completed the Youth Coaching Institute life coaching program and coached a wide age range of adults. I’ve kind of lived up to the traditional expectations of American society, you know? I got the college degree, filled up my calendar with lots of work meetings and social plans, grinded, and encouraged lots of others to do the same. I think I helped many others also produce and achieve, but I questioned if what I was doing was the best way I could contribute to a more peaceful, kinder, and more content world. That’s what I care about the most.

It’s really quite remarkable how many people go through the same issues or have the same thoughts. It could be missing class at the college they were once excited to get accepted to and now wondering why they’re even there. Or it’s wondering what else you could be doing besides endlessly scrolling on TikTok and Instagram. Maybe they're in their 30s, flirty, and wondering why they’re moving in life directions that are different from their peers. They believe they are crazy and alone, when actually they are human and just need other humans to relate or help reframe.

I want you to actually do the things that YOU actually believe are genuinely important to YOU. I had a good friend die of cancer at 25. While life can and hopefully will be long for you, it can also be really fucking short. I wholeheartedly believe that you already have ideas of how you want your mindset to be and how to spend your time.

That’s why I’m here. I want to offer you a space to be able to freely say what’s on your mind without the fear of judgment. I want you to slow your life down for an hour and breathe–actually breathe. You’ll be able to think more clearly as a restored human being as opposed to a jumbled human doing.
