Gilberto Gamboa

I am a senior at Arizona State University that can see the light, called December, at the end of the journalism and mass communications tunnel. Yes, I will be graduating on 12/15/14 with a degree obtained through the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. I will also be walking away with a certificate in Special Events Management. I am currently a PR and Marketing Intern at Allied Integrated Marketing for Sony Pictures and Paramount Pictures.

I am happy to add this educational experience to my 15 years of professional exprience, eight of those being in marketing. I am excited to evolve into the world of public relations as I transition my life to the wonderful city of San Francisco.

Since my education and internship keep me quite busy, my main hobby now-a-days is to relax and reset as much as I can. I always feel that it is important to take some time to breathe in this hectic professional world. Work hard, relax soft!

Relaxation to me consists of many things. I love everything about the movies, so I visit the closest thing to Hollywood there is here in Phoenix - the movie theatre. I also enjoy taking advantage of the fantastic culinary developments this city has witnessed in the last several years.
