Gilda Mack

Gilda Mack is a Project Management Institute (PMI) certified Project Management Professional with over 20 years in Information Technology. Gilda received her Undergraduate degree in Florida at Eckerd College where she was an Information Systems Management major (Graduated with Distinction). She is a United States Army veteran who served in the U.S. Army for eight years and graduated with Distinction from NCO Academy.

Gilda has volunteered more than 15 years serving in churches, non-profit organization, and corporate diversity programs. She has planned, organized, and managed events for youth groups, community outreaches, and fundraisers.

As a skilled project manager, Gilda has managed small to medium projects from start to finish. This included but not limited to managing project team and sub-contractors, managing project schedules and scope, tracking project tasks, mitigating project issues, planning and facilitating project team meetings, applying conflict resolution skills and managing project budgets.
