Gili Chupak
Consultant, Teacher, and Life Coach in Nahshon, Israel
For as long as I can remember, I have been helping people with their problems simply by listening and reflecting back what they said.
Early on, I learned that to speak and be heard sometimes is enough to allow for the speaker to regain their wholeness. Later I learned how to follow my intuition with questions that capitalized on the receptivity of speaker and listener to bring about internal reconciliation and allow for spiritual and emotional healing.
I developed my listening skills through years of meditation and T'ai Chi practice and in 2006 I started studying Field Training. I found in Field Training and Facilitating new tools and methods to take my prior experience helping people with their problems and turn it into a profession.
Facilitating has allowed me to better understand how I have been able to be so helpful to others without really doing much and to become better at helping others through friendly conversation.
I see my ability to help people as a wonderful gift and so I offer Facilitating as a gift with the belief that our conversation will be of benefit to you and that you will want to make a gift in return. Facilitating can be done in person or by phone/Skype, One session is usually all it takes with a session being about an hour. If there are any things in your life that you would like to improve on or nagging problems please be in touch so we can schedule a session and get you started on your path to a better more aligned life.
In addition, I have worked extensively with a variety of nonprofit organizations helping with issues such as the environment, disaster recovery, conflict resolution, and entrepreneurial training for people living with mental illness. Most recently I taugh permaculture and sustainability at an ecological farm in central Israel. I hold a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from the Milano Graduate School of Management and Urban Policy at the New School and BA in Economics from the University of Maryland. I earned a Permaculture Design Certification in 2011 and Facilitator certification from the Field Project in 2007.
I have traveled to over 20 countries in 5 continents, and am fluent in both Hebrew and English. I have been practicing T'ai Chi since 1995 having learned several forms and styles. I started studying Field Training in 2006 and has been Facilitating since late 2007. I live on Kibbutz Nahshon with my wife and twin daughters.
