I am a Communications Consultant and Business Coach with Launch4Life. I am currently living in Logan, Utah. However, I try to get to the beach (any beach!) at least once or twice a year.

My professional interests range from business coaching, online course design, blogging, public speaking, and writing books.

My greatest passion in life is to learn something new and teach it to someone else. When I am not working, I love to read books and enjoy life with my husband, sons, and two adorable dachshunds.
