For over 12 years, I've worked with all types of clients (Fortune 500 to SMBs) in response to disasters in the real sense and now in the SaaS world. Of course, I like to focus on achieving customer success... though I have to say that my nonprofit experience in disaster response has been pertinent in my ability to focus, work cross-functionality, stay calm and be organized in my SaaS career.
