Gilly Taylor-Munt

I started my HR career working in Europe as HR Director for the Government, in the Netherlands, Germany & Belgium.

I later returned to the UK to undertake a position with a National PLC as Regional HR Director servicing 3,500 employees before being headhunted to join a National Search Consultancy as Head of Research. My expertise within HR was focussed on succession planning, talent management, managing change and resourcing.

My role as Head of Research was to source highly talented candidates throughout the UK & Europe. During this period I forged 'retained' relationships with a network of highly skilled professionals that continue to this day.

I setup my company in 1999; offering a way to leverage talent, manage costs, innovate and grow your business through lasting change. The company has enjoyed a steady growth pattern, both commercially and organically, since inception.

A BA Hons Graduate in Business Management & Psychology, coupled with an astute commercial acumen, I have developed sector diversity and the value-add proposition throughout the ATM Group.
