Gil Shalev

Gil is a writer who lives in Georgia, USA and manages testing projects for an international IT company.
After hours, Gil is a contributing member of PenPaperWrite, an organization which helps build a writer community and support them in achieving their goal of seeing their work in print.

Married to a beautiful South African and father of two Canadian girls and two Israeli boys - a result of living in Israel, Canada and the US since the year 2000 - makes him feel like a true citizen of the world.

As an avid MMA and Hockey fan, Gil featured as a guest columnist on Israel's biggest news portal - Walla!

Currently Gil is working on completing his first novel, a science fiction love story staged in mid 90s Russia and honing his skills through coaching and attending writers workshops and conferences, the most recent being Crossroads Writers 2012 in Macon, GA.
