Gina Mastantuono
CFO, Advisor, and Board Member
Gina Mastantuono serves as ServiceNow’s President and Chief Financial Officer, and is one of the only women in the Fortune 500 leading Finance and Corporate Strategy & Development. She is a central architect of the company's AI-native transformation and long-term growth strategy, overseeing financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, treasury, investor relations, procurement, real estate, enterprise strategy, and corporate development.
Since stepping into the role in 2020, Mastantuono has guided the company's growth and scale, scaling ServiceNow to $15 billion in revenue, joining the S&P 100, and strengthening its position as a defining enterprise AI platform. She reports to Bill McDermott, ServiceNow Chairman and CEO, and serves on the company's Executive Leadership Team.
Mastantuono’s prior experience spans blue-chip brands: EVP and CFO at Ingram Micro, International CFO at Revlon, and earlier leadership roles at InterActiveCorp. and Ernst & Young. Her impact has earned her a place as a 2026 CNBC Changemaker and part of Silicon Valley Business Journal’s Power 100 (2025), a National Diversity Council’s Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology (two-time honoree), San Francisco Business Times’ CFO of the Year (Public Company, Large, 2023), and CRN’s “Power 100.”
Outside of her day-to-day role, Mastantuono serves as Audit Committee Chair on the boards of Gong and Roblox. Originally from Long Island, she earned Accounting and Business Administration degrees from SUNY Albany. Now based on the West Coast, she enjoys fitness and spending time with her family.
