Gina Thomas

Gina Thomas is an accomplished, innovative, and energetic leader with broad success in both public sector organizations and in private business. She has served in the public arena as an elected official, an appointed official, and as the manager of a public-private partnership (a managed district). In the private sector, she has been a small business owner / entrepreneur, an educator, and an advisor to the management of several large corporations.
Gina’s expertise is building social capital and creating and fostering organizational growth. Her passion is community service. She has broad leadership experience in guiding organizations through complicated transitions and in building alliances with disparate groups. Gina is very strategic and goal-oriented as well as a persuasive communicator. She develops strategies and programs that create real change and networks to develop constructive relationships.
