I am a writer, proofreader, and mother currently living in Paris, France. I hold a proofreading qualification through the Society for Editors and Proofreaders.

I have proofread a range of materials, from medical papers to art portfolios. However, I specialise in academic papers in the fields of humanities and social sciences.

With a CELTA qualification (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), I am particularly equipped to assist non-native English speakers with their academic papers, dissertations or theses. Previous clients have been native speakers of Chinese, Korean, Italian, Ukrainian, Finnish, and French.

My own background is in humanities and social sciences, with degrees from University College London (BA History - 2:1), Leiden University (MA Religion, Culture, and Society - Distinction), and University of Westminster (MA Media, Campaigning and Social Change - Distinction).

Writing projects have varied widely from art history to health, but I especially enjoy writing on the subjects of religion, social issues, and parenthood.
