Gina Gullo
educational consultant and adjunct professor in Easton, Pennsylvania
I am an educational consultant and adjunct professor currently living in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. My research interests include implicit bias in schools, school discipline. mindfulness, and data usage by school leaders. As a consultant I specialize in data usage, professional development for implicit bias impact reduction and social justice leadership, and supporting schools as they build equitable systems of education.
As a researcher I am an adept methodologist with strength in quantitative methods, qualitative methods, and mixed methods (preference for mixed methods and advanced quantitative methods). I am particularly skilled at study design and mentoring for study development and timelining.
