Gina Howe
My name is Gina Howe and I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine, Certified Personal Trainer. I have had a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. While I have been pretty fit my whole life, beginning with dance and moving into weight training, when I came to truly grasp the benefits of being healthy and strong, I had to share my passion with others.
Previously, I held store management positions with a variety of companies. Through these positions, I gained a wealth of experience working with people…….not only through customer service, but in dealing with employees. The daily coaching and mentoring of associates ingrained in me a deep love of helping others attain their goals.
So, how can I marry the two, my love of fitness and my love of coaching?
Personal Training for me was the right path. I have enjoyed working with clients who all come from different starting points in terms of fitness. I have experience with; athletes looking to stay on top of their skills during the off-season, weight loss clients, senior clients, rehabilitation clients, pre and post natal clients, kids (sport skills and weight management), as well as, people just looking to live healthier more fit lives.
In addition to one-on-one personal training, I have experience teaching small-group fitness classes, body weight bootcamp groups, and kids fun fitness classes.
I am also a certified yoga instructor and believe that everyone can benefit from yoga...........whether for stress relief, flexibility, or a great workout.
