Gina McCarroll

Hi there! My name is Gina and I am lucky enough to be a stay-at-home mom. I am married to a wonderful Chef who has taught me so much about love, life, and food! We have a beautiful daughter named Brielle, and a much-inticipated little boy named Jameson on the way. In May 2013, I graduated from Boise State with a Bachelor's in Political Science (which I plan to use when the babies are a little older). In the meantime, I am continuously striving to make thrifty choices in order to live a rich, full life on one income. For me, becoming a "thrifty" mom has meant that I am constantly looking for ways to maximize our funds in all areas of our lives from cooking to nifty projects such as halloween costumes and birthday decorations. I am excited to finally have a blog that can be a resource for recipes, crafty projects, and thrifty ideas!
