My professional background mainly concern the issues of psychology, psychotherapy and neuroscience, it is an integration of spiritual and emotional experience, science, theory and clinical knowledge. My main purpose is to understanding, preventing, and relieving psychologically based distress or dysfunction and to promote subjective well-being, personal and professional development.
All my activities are grounded in the tradition of hermeneutic phenomenology as guided by Heidegger, Gadamer, Merleau-Ponty, Ricoeur and Levinas, among others.
The main field of my interest concern clinical psychology, with particular attention to the construction and maintenance of personal identity, psychology of educational and organizational processes, development of methodologies and analytical tools (statistical analysis, artificial neural networks, social network analysis, design and verification of training).
My principal skills are involved both in psychotherapy and educational psychology, training and motivating teams to achieve their objectives, as well as rigorous application of assessment, analysis of human relations, design training activities to enhance social, emotional and problem-solving skills.
Other major tasks were dedicated to modelling, developing, maintaining, monitoring and improving quality system procedures in training needs and teamwork analysis.
