People call me Kit and the "Ginza" is a japanese one of the most luxurious shopping districts in the world. I do love japanese culture and design so that why "Ginza". Ehm.. but enough of this.

About me, I'm a bartender, a cook, a waiter... let say I work in the gastronome industry ( still not michelin star industry thought ) so I will posting about my experience with those thing and my everyday life problem.
