I am a Medical doctor (Medical Microbiology) from Athens, Greece. My interests range from photography, filming, editing, designing posters to practicing martial arts and blogging.

Practiced KICK-BOXING (1996-1998). Started AIKIDO in 1998. Started KENDO in 2016. Established AIKICOSMOS website in 2009 and BUDO GREECE website in 2016.

Graduated "PHOTOGRAPHY: TECHNOLOGY AND BASIC TECHNIQUES" (Academic year 2017-2018) from the Supplementary Distance Education Programme (E-Learning) of the Center of Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning of the NATIONAL and KAPODISTRIAN UNIVERSITY of ATHENS.
