Hello my friends welcome to my about.me profile, well let me tell you a little about me. I Am 27 years old i was born and raised in Los Angeles California. I Graduated High School In June 2004 I registered to to a community college August 2004 then In December 2004 i decided to drop out. That same day my father called me and told me that he wanted to talk to me in my head i was i am in trouble lol.. But he wanted to talk to me that he wanted me to help him to start our own local roofing business. He said well i know the job and you have an education you communicate with customers. Six months later Father and son idea went to 4 commercial trucks and 22 employees in our first 6 months. By age 19 I was a CEO Of Rigo's Roofing we named our roofing company like that because of my fathers first name Rigoberto. Well the years of 2005, 2006,2007 and 2008 were the best we were making a 5 figure income a month. But in late 2008 something that we never imagine happened maybe you guys are familiar with (Recession). In those 4 years we use to do 3 to 5 Roofs of homes a week. In 2009 then those numbers went to 2 or 3 houses a month! We had to pay for our Work And Comp Insurance and our Company Insurance and we were not making that much anymore so we had to cancel our Company Insurances. We sold some of our tools and commercial trucks so we could make our mortage payment for the next 2 months. Augost 2009 we lost our house we couldn't afford to make our $3,400 mortage payment anymore. I was so depress that i didnt come out from where we live for the rest of the year of 2009 i was so mad at myself and life. In January 2010 i fanally woke up lol. I came across my friends Yohaira Carolee Lopez quote that she had on her MySpace profile. ''LIFE is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets. So BE KIND to all the people you meet, especially those that treat you right FORGET about the one's who don't and BELIEVE that everything happens for a REASON. If you get an opportunity, TAKE IT. If it CHANGES your life, LET IT. Nobody said it would be EASY. BUT IN THE END IT WILL ALL BE WORTH IT!''
