I’ve spent my career solving problems at the intersection of people and technology.

From managing digital platforms to supporting newsroom teams, faculty, and cross-functional staff, I’ve consistently been the person people turn to when systems break, tools don’t work, or something needs to be figured out quickly. I trained on the digital side of the Force at Lucasfilm Online.

Most recently, as the founder of a local newsroom, I’ve been responsible for the full technology stack—setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting the tools that power the site, newsletter, and operations.

I’m now focused on IT Support / Technical Support roles where I can bring together my technical skills, systems thinking, and ability to help people get unstuck quickly.
