Having five years of professional experience on development management with a focus to monitoring and evaluation, access to basic services and social mobilization. Playing the role of M&E officer at Counterpart International. Earlier, adorned the role of Manager, M&E and Knowledge Management in Ultra Poor and Integrated Development Program of BRAC. Joined BRAC as Young Professional Trainee in 2011 and achieved greater experience on development issues. Also worked as Program Associate at CDCS Ltd. and intern at Sheltech Pvt Ltd. Completed Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from Jahangirnagar University and enrolled in Masters of Disaster Management from University of Dhaka.
