My career in Education began at the age of 16, when I finished High School and started teaching English as a Second Language to fellow Brazilians of all ages in my hometown, Passo Fundo, Brazil. Since then, I obtained a Bachelor's degree in English and Portuguese from PUCRS, in Southern Brazil, worked as a bilingual executive assistant and assistant producer in Porto Alegre, Brazil, moved to Bangkok to teach EAL, completed an online Masters degree in Educational Technology at Michigan State University, and became a part of the EAL Department at the American Embassy School of New Delhi.

For the 14-15 school year, I was offered a position as a Technology Integration Coach in Upper Elementary, a job I absolutely love. Collaborating with highly motivated educators and enthusiastic students has been truly inspirational and sparked my interest in instructional design, especially as it pertains to the new literacies.
