Currently a research student in Accessibility Engineering at UCL, in my previous life I have worked as a Senior Physiotherapist with both orthopedic and neurological patients.
A genuine interest in problem solving and improving quality of life for people with disability brought me to study Assistive technology design, with a particular focus on wheelchairs and other mobility aids.
I believe technology can really make a difference only when users become the real focus of the design.
In my spare time I like to play with robots and Arduino, I am a pround founder member of the UCL Robotic Society.
