I am a highly skilled and adaptable account professional, with a successful track record in the planning and delivery of major international digital projects, events and facilities. I am currently working as Account Manager Senior in a recognized digital agency Bitmama s.r.l. (part of a rewarded advertising group Armando Testa). My responsibility includes Digital planning and strategy implementation, client relationship management, project coordination e supervision, management of internal resources and suppliers for the delivery of international digital projects such as Corporate websites, Product minisites, Social Network and Social Responsibility projects other then Special Contests and Digital Trends.

In the last five years I have also worked for worldwide events organizations. My work experience has also included working with both meeting, congress and event agencies and international communications companies. The experience I gained working for the Organizing Committees of The XX Olympic Winter Games Torino 2006 and the XV Asian Games Doha 2006 has especially enabled me to develop professionally and to consolidate my management and leadership skills. I am a committed and dedicated member of a team and I enjoy the challenge of building a team environment engaging with all staff. I am proficient to understand the complexities of working with a number of parties, managing priorities, working in a team, coming up with solutions and problem solving and monitoring the delivery of the pre determined service levels. I am a candidate with proven experience to deliver high-quality projects, I am a flexible person; I work well under pressure as part of a team. I believe my strong leadership skills, coupled with strategic and milestone planning abilities, and my experience in International events and project management, would be easily transferable to the areas of scheduling, planning, coordination and implementation of all major projects.
