My professional skills are basically focused on three main areas of interest and my work experiences turn around these themes:

Pasta oriented business.
In the last year, I have created my start-up, called LeManinPasta, and I have develop specific skills in the pasta maker production. My main objective is to expand my small business outside Italy.

Startup and Technology.
The innovative force of young startuppers is improving living standards and opening new markets. I pay attention to all kind of best practices in the ICT sector, especially SMEs and high growth, technology oriented companies. I am always updated on the latest news of the Italian and international startup community.

Agryculture.
I really love the food of my country and this is the reason why I have decided to build up something to help the agricultural sector and especially the little farmers who live close to my region. Thus, through the web and professional networks I am trying to give them a right and higher visibility. I am also an extra virgin olive oil taster.
