Most of my professional work focuses on analysing translation processes and workflows to optimise the use of language technologies. This includes developing detailed business cases and proofs of concept for state-of-the-art solutions.

As a certified Terminology Manager, I have expertise in multilingual glossary creation and terminology project management. I am also certified as a Global Digital Marketer and Localisation Engineer. I have authored a paper on ‘Principal Issues in EU Website Localisation’.

I regularly deliver talks and coordinate workshops on Translation Technologies, Terminology, and Website Localisation in collaboration with professors from several European universities.
