Hey,

my name is Gizem and I'm living in Dortmund.

What defines me is my intercultural background as well as my intercultural experience.

I'm happy to telll that I had different opportunities to work with a lot of people from all over the world.

When it comes to different projects there are two sides: the customer side and the team, you work with.

Communication is key. Not just outgoing words but also incoming ones. Being a good listener is as important as being an eloquent speaker.

What is happiness for me?

Happiness is the satisfaction of yourself, your team & of your customer. Only if I'm satisfied in my job, i can transfer it to my team and have satisfied customers in return.
