I am a leadership coach, certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I help people get clarity about their goals and help them make progress towards them. I love working with people who find themselves in a place where new skills are needed — either because of promotion, elevation, or external changes. I am serving with a church planting organization called Communitas International (formerly Christian Associates). I love learning about what it means to be a missional church and how to lead people to be disciples of Jesus who make disciples of Jesus in the way we all live, love, and work in the world.

I have led several Covenant churches in the Twin Cities in various pastoral roles; I have taught high school Spanish and Bible at Minnehaha Academy and Totino-Grace. I am ordained to Word and Sacrament in the ECC and earned an MDiv from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA. I enjoy soccer, espresso, trying new restaurants with Kari, and spending time with our seven nieces and nephews.
