Leadership Coach & Pastor
I am a leadership coach, certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), specializing in mission-driven leaders - particularly pastors and nonprofit executives. I help people get clarity about their goals and help them make progress towards them. I love working with people who find themselves in a place where new skills are needed — either because of promotion, elevation, or external changes. I'm currently pursuing an EdD in leadership with a concentration in coaching and consulting at Trevecca Nazarene University (expected completion December 2026). Community & Ministry
I also lead a house church; The Table gathers Sunday evenings to share a meal and engage in stimulating theological and practical conversations. I'd love to have you join us some night. Check out the website: thetable.cc
I am serving with Communitas International, a church planting organization. I love learning about what it means to be a missional church and how to lead people to be disciples of Jesus who make disciples of Jesus in the way we all live, love, and work in the world. This journey has included some unexpected chapters, like becoming a living kidney donor — an experience that deepened my understanding of what it means to live generously and trust God with our bodies and stories.
Background
I have led several Covenant churches in the Twin Cities in various pastoral roles and taught high school Spanish and Bible at Minnehaha Academy and Totino-Grace. I am ordained to Word and Sacrament in the ECC and earned an MDiv from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA. I enjoy soccer, espresso, trying new restaurants with Kari, and spending time with our seven nieces and nephews.
