Gretchen Jessel

Gretchen is a Physical Education Specialist in North East Ohio with an endorsement in Adapted Physical Education. She spent 10 years as the department head of the Aurora Physical Education Team. She is a PE advocate mentoring student teachers as well as providing physical education training in conjunction with Kent State University and the North East Ohio Education Association. Gretchen is a member of SHAPE America, OAHPERD (Ohio Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance) and PATH International ( Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International).

She earned her B.S. in Physical Education from Kent State University, her M.A.T. from Marygrove College, her Educational Health License from Emporia State University and an Adapted Physical Education License from Kent State University.
