Guillaume Kuhmel

My carrier is unconventional: I began as Java Software Engineer working on portals. After having an experience into the IT consulting (including business analysis, audit, organization) and the customer-side IT, I came back where I began, on the IT services. Whereas my main activity is project management, I still go on working technically on portals projects, POC or pre-sales.
My objectives are to make the portal projects succeed, dealing with the often opposite tech team constraints and customers requirements. I consider my job achieved when the customer is more than satisfied, when the tech team improves and when my hierarchy congrats the team for having respecting the deadlines and the budget.
