Gladys King'ori

I am a digital transformation practitioner with 13+ years’ experience in the financial industry. I am passionate about driving a digital economy through technology innovation and product development thus increasing economic empowerment and reducing poverty.

My work experience spans Large Banks (Equity Bank and Commercial Bank of Africa) as well as a non-profit (Financial Sector Deepening Kenya) and a fintech startup. I am currently the Head of Digital Strategy & Innovation at Bank of Africa.

I have been a panel speaker at various conferences including: Africa Women in Technology Conference (28th -30th June 2017) and Seamless Payments Conference (6th-7th September 2017). I am DEMO Africa Winner and was accepted to the prestigious Women Startup Program in Silicon Valley for women founders. I have been featured in the CIO Magazine and been interviewed on Ebru TV.
