George Lambadis

Education

I began by taking guitar lessons from my instructor Antonis Bastianos who later inspired me to "dive" into further theoretical studies. By his guidance and by enrolling for theoretical studies at the National Conservatory of Athens i have been expanding and refining my knowledge/skills on classical and jazz harmony, counterpoint, basic composition and orchestration and applications of the previous mainly on guitar but also on piano and bass.

I've also attended clinics and live workshops of renowned musicians like Scott Henderson, Frank Gambale, Stelios Zafeiriou and others.

Professional Work

I have been playing guitar since the age of 16, electric bass since the age of 18 and have been learning piano for the past 3 years. I have had the opportunity and honor to cooperate with many great musicians and prestigious bands at various venues and events, both in Greece and abroad, gaining experience as a session guitarist in both live and studio settings. I have been involved professionally in the music industry since 2009 and I am an instructor of guitar and basic music theory as well as a session guitarist.
