Lindsay Stuart is a professional Makeup Artist, Business Owner, and Fashion Enthusiast. After receiving her BA in Business with honors from York University in Toronto, Canada, Lindsay went on to co-own and co-run a very successful event planning company. Later she garnered management experience and was recognized with sales awards as a Financial Specialist at Wachovia/ Wells Fargo in Carle Place, Long Island. As a Freelance Makeup Artist for over the past 6 years, Lindsay has been fortunate to work with many well known celebrities and her freelance makeup company Glam Expressway, was featured in an article in NY Resident Magazine August 2011 issue (volume 24, no. 8). After working in the Financial Industry and then in the Fashion World as a Makeup Artist, Lindsay realized her true passion in the summer of 2013, opening her online boutique www.shopglamexpressway.com. Shop Glam Expressway sells handcrafted and international jewelry and accessories. The pieces sold on www.ShopGlamExpressway.com are affordable and can be described as bold, edgy, and fashion forward. Lindsay runs all Shop Glam Expressway operations; hunting flea markets and show rooms for unique pieces, styling and over seeing her look books, running her website, customer support, and social media operations.Born in Canada, raised and educated in Jamaica, Lindsay now lives in Brooklyn with her husband and 1.5 daughters.
