I help faculty to design learning experiences for student success and effective assessment. These learning experiences have a strong online content, motivate and scaffold struggling students, are easy to assess, and yield valuable data. I believe in a comprehensive yet simple institutional assessment plan that makes faculty buy-in possible.

I am proficient in curriculum development and design for developmental education. I train faculty online, by using web 2.0 solutions such as wikis and synchronous online collaboration, so they in turn can integrate web 2.0 solutions into the curriculum. I use my experience in all of the above for proposal writing.
