I am a corporate transactional attorney that has built my career representing emerging growth technology and life science companies, first with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Silicon Valley, and now with Robinson, Bradshaw & Hinson in the RTP are of North Carolina. I work with my clients through each stage of the company’s life cycle, including its initial corporate formation and other general corporate matters, venture capital financings, initial and secondary public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate governance and securities laws compliance. I am a co-founder of NC Spark, a peer networking organization for the Founders and CEO's of North Carolina based technology companies, as well as a co-founder of Joystick Labs, a first of its kind seed stage business accelerator focused exclusively on digitally distributed video game companies.
