Glenn Tobe

A transformational leader based in California, Glenn Tobe serves as CEO of Heartbased Consulting, which was voted No. 1 Change Management firm in North America by Deloitte. Since joining the firm in 2016, he has led clients in transformative efforts that optimize business performance. Previously, Glenn Tobe served as executive vice president of professional services for Elliott Avenue, where he led the firm to achieve 32 percent annual growth over five years.

Mr. Tobe has given lectures at universities such as Columbia University, the University of California at Berkeley, and Emory University, and is the co-author of the books Mission, Vision, and Values, published by Crisp Publications, and Rekindling Commitment, published by Jossey Bass.

A graduate of John F. Kennedy University, Mr. Tobe holds a master of arts in clinical psychology. He also completed training with the Leadership Circle, the top leadership training company in the United States. A board member of the Future Leaders Institute, he enjoys reading poetry and hiking in his free time.
