Glenna Kroenert is the owner and lead floral designer at Stems, purveyors of extraordinary, unique, and clever florals. After five years managing world-renown luxury design brands, Glenna is delighted to return to her first passion… flowers. With over 25 years experience, Glenna offers truly personalized client service, capturing the essence of your dreams with the most sumptuous preserved floral arrangements.

Glenna introduced preserved flowers into her work 25 years ago before the "silk" flower business took off. What started as a passion project working out of her garage, grew into a showroom is Costa Mesa creating floral pieces that put smiles on faces. Her arrangements look and feel remarkably life-like because they are preserved not “dried.”

Most recently as director for Christopher Guy's West Hollywood store, Glenna’s showroom was awarded the 2012 John Chase Art and Design Award for Outstanding Showroom. Previously as showroom manager at both Scandia Home and Farrow & Ball, she developed industry-leading standards for brand visual-representation, and was respected for her discerning eye as a color consultant.

She founded residential design firm Ivy Lane Designs and the floral and accessory boutique Ambiance Home Decor in Newport Beach. Despite these corporate successes, Glenna enjoys nothing more than meeting one-on-one with clients and helping them realize their vision with floras that can be enjoyed for years to come.
