I'm a business professional who works more hours than I should.

As a business coach, I help mortgage lenders, financial planners, insurance agents and small business owners build their business and increase revenues.

I also work with call centres to streamline operations with process improvement, quality assurance, and internal training auditing.

When I'm not doing that, I'm operating a swing bridge in Metro Vancouver. Opening and closing a massive road/rail bridge is cool and the scenery is great.
