Glen Stephen joined The American Cancer Society in July of 2019 as the Senior Executive Assistant. Glen’s primary role was to provide advanced, diverse and confidential day-to-day executive level support to the Managing Director of the BrightEdge Impact Fund and the Chief Financial Officer. In addition, Glen oversaw all office management operations for a $50 million venture investment fund. Glen served as the professional face and voice of BrightEdge daily through written and spoken communications to high net worth individuals, family offices, corporate foundations, and investment syndicate partners. Other responsibilities included managing multiple vendor relationships including marketing agencies and others as required to maintain a portfolio of BrightEdge collateral. Glen also oversaw BrightEdge website, ensuring content is updated frequently and is accurate.
Prior to ACS, Glen first joined Turner Broadcasting System in November of 2011, as the Administrative Assistant for Image Management. In 2017, Glen was promoted to Executive Administrative Assistant for recognition of critical thinking, strategic judgement and decision-making. As EAA for what is now Warner Media, Glen managed the Office of the SVP of Turner Brand Experience and the Office of the SVP of Corporate Communications. He supported department and executive-level work, handled confidential financial and human resources information.
Currently, Glen holds an Associate Degree in Computer Science, from Los Angeles Trade Technical College.
He began his career as an Assistant Executive Director at Jean Lores Group Homes in Los Angeles, CA from 2003 to 2006. He then served as an Office Administrator at Phillips Partnership in Atlanta, GA from 2007 to 2010.
