I have been in the building industry for over 30 years and have experience in a wide array of construction methods and materials. In the past 20 years, I have acted primarily in the capacity of developer in housing, commercial, warehouse and institutional projects. As the developer, I have bought, financed, designed, built and sold these projects. I have worked successfully with many local building, planning and elected officials.
