My name is Kala Busby. I am a full blooded Iowan but was born with an itch to travel, explore, and heal this big, beautiful world. I am a registered nurse, currently working in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit while I pursue my Holistic Nurse Coach credentials (HNB-BC, NC) . I have a growing passion for helping others discover their best self and rediscover how our bodies are meant to feel through food, movement, and stillness. I look at true wellness with a whole person approach - mind, body, and spirit. These three aspects must be healed together to reach whole body health and wellness.
