Founded by Cindy Nguyen, a mother of three, former medical sales professional, and survivor, Glo Formation was born from a deep desire to create a skincare brand that empowers women not only to glow on the outside but to heal and reclaim their power from within. Cindy’s journey is one of overcoming. As a first-generation daughter of immigrants, a teen mom, and the eldest of six children, she experienced firsthand the pressures of generational expectations, bullying, and emotional trauma. For years, she felt unseen, overwhelmed, and voiceless. Instead of letting those experiences define her, she used them as fuel to spark something meaningful — a skincare line with heart, healing, and high standards.
