As an RN committed to health, I offer wellenss coaching, which is everything from gardening and growing your own food to 15-20 minutes kitchen to table techniques. I'm not an easy, breezy coach. I'm tough, but my clients are successful at permanent weight loss and better health. I also do medication reviews and am able to get clients off some, if not all their meds depending on the disease/disorder.
