Hello my name is Gloria Austin

Since leaving a career in the corporate world, I made a personal decision that I wanted to be of service and make a difference in the world. I wanted my life to be part of the solution for a better world. Like many, I desired a deeper sense of purpose; to get beneath the surface of what it means to be human and brings real aliveness and spiritual fulfilment to many. Armed with my unique talents and experience and motivated by this desire, I decided to be that change and The Ottima Group was born.

Ottima Group is a 21st Century business transformation exponential consultancy, set up to support the global socio economic environment; to help businesses and organisation adapt to, and be players in this fast-changing environment. The Ottma Group was created because I truly believe it is important that we all contribute, in any way we can, to making this world a better place. I make a daily, conscious decision to be part of that solution. I have been given the gift of life and how I live out my life will be my gift to the world.
